A total of 27 new neighbourhood health centres in areas of highest deprivation and backed by an investment of £50m will be opened by 2027, the Government has said.

Existing NHS estates will be repurposed, refurbished and upgraded in order that they can offer a wider range of services and tailored support, including urgent treatment, GP and pharmacy services, according to ministers.
