Nurses in general practice support clinicians to deliver high quality care; their role is crucial. The huge value nurses bring was recognised in the NHS England and Improvement commissioned report Leading the Way: the role and value of nurses in general practice in England published in December 2021.

This survey is the first part of that further research.  It should be completed once by each General Practice. It can be completed by a Practice Manager, Lead Nurse Manager or another person on behalf of the practice.
