May gather/collate data for Practice-based research (Administrative Role)

Is aware of the principles of models of organisational research, and participates in these. May coordinate participatory research projects taking responsibility for completion (Managerial Role)

Engages in and actively promotes theoretical and action-based research strategies, using these to improve understanding and effectiveness of organisational performance and management practice. May advise Practices on research strategies to facilitate organisational development and changes (Strategic Role)
