The global sum for GP practices in England has increased by 5.4% to £130.07 per patient, NHS England has confirmed.
This is an increase of £6.73 from last year’s figure of £123.34 and was revealed in the 2026 GMS statement of financial entitlements (SFE) directions published earlier this week.
