In July 2019, The Health Creation Alliance (operating as New NHS Alliance) and RCGP HISG held a one-day event in London that posed the question “How can Primary Care Networks (PCNs) succeed in reducing health inequalities?”

PCNs that include communities and local partners within their governance arrangements will find it easier to build relationships, and align their collective efforts, to address health inequalities through community strengthening and action on the wider determinants of health.
