Evaluates training & development needs of non-clinical staff. May coordinate professional re-accreditation and management of research (Managerial Role)
Sets standards for all non-clinical and clinical staff, ensuring the compliance of employed clinical staff. Monitors compliance of Partners reporting exceptions to the Partnership. May advise on CPD for all personnel in line with local and national policy requirements (Strategic Role)
