Is aware of the language of patient protection and participates in patient protection guidelines and procedures (Administrative Role)
With lead clinicians, undertakes drafting of child and vulnerable adult protection procedures and participates in team process. May coordinate and manage procedures to ensure effective operation; monitors practice performance (Managerial Role)
Undertakes to review, amend and evaluate procedures, securing effective liaison with all other agencies. May advise on procedural requirements, staff training needs, and patient involvement (Strategic Role)
