Ironically health staff are saying that there is a spike in A&E attendances following the weekly celebration for carers.

Advice is to be careful. However, it does raise the question about keeping fit by playing sport and what happens if you suffer a serious accident. You are trying to be healthy, but still can be a burden on the NHS. Perhaps the key is the word ‘accident’.
