NHS England have confirmed that ‘ensuring diversity’ is addressed at the highest levels in the NHS and have pledged a commitment of achieving 19% representation of the black and minority ethnic community in the NHS by 2025.
Not sure why this is news. Surely this should be a matter of fact and why set percentage thresholds…
