75% of GP’s say that the stress of doing their work is far worse than when they first joined the profession. Much is made of GP burnout and rightly so. However, you never really hear about the non-clinical workforce.

The same issues affect all the workforce and the constant contract changes and introduction of new policies and procedures has a big impact on the general practice workforce.

These issues should be extended to cover everyone.
