This report presents selected policy findings and recommendations from the Remote by Default study of the switch to remote consulting (telephone, video and asynchronous online consultations) during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Research findings were tested and refined during four virtual workshops with more than 100 national and local policy makers, academics, clinicians, patients and other stakeholders.
