Not quite. NHS England has confirmed that unused resources may be available to top up the reimbursement of staff employed under the ‘additional roles reimbursement scheme’
NHS England have said that PCN’s can recruit now at 100% rather than wait until 1st April, providing there are underspent resources available. In truth, unless the recruitment process is already well under way, it is unlikely that this will have a dramatic effect on PCN recruitment.
