May negotiate resources to develop/extend administrative/support services (Administrative Role)
Reviews resources necessary to support practice programme of care, reports and makes recommendations as appropriate. May initiate negotiations with PCO regarding identified need (Managerial Role)
Undertakes development of business case to support resource negotiation process with resource holders. May advise practices on information systems to support case and facilities availability of appropriate skills (Strategic Role)
