Will have an awareness of terminology. May gather/collate data to monitor performance (Administrative Role)

With GPs reviews performance against national and local benchmarks/standards. Disseminates results. May implement systems to support appropriate remedial action (Managerial Role)

Undertakes responsibility for interpretation of high-level indicators in assessment of practice performance, managing strategy for performance/quality improvement. May advise practices on information systems to support quality management and provide analytical skills resource (Strategic Role)
