Awareness of principles of equity and effectiveness (Administrative Role)

Reviews available resources against competing demands, reports and suggests options. May assess relative merits of competing demands making evidence-based recommendations (Managerial Role)

Undertakes systematic review of resource allocation, implementing changes as appropriate to maximise quality and effectiveness of services. May advise Practices on evaluation techniques/ strategies (Strategic Role)
