Practice operation and development

Core competency #1 – PHCT Meetings

Will participate in meetings and possibly take responsibility for implementing action agreed (Administrative Role)

Will coordinate meeting programme, may chair and will undertake active management of meeting programme and sub-groups (Managerial Role)

Adopts a strategic approach, convening meetings and reviewing effectiveness and structure. May adopt advisory role. (Strategic Role)
