The NHS is a global leader in achieving high levels of vaccination coverage. Through
their place in local neighbourhoods, GP practices are well placed to reach out to our
diverse communities and avoid inequalities in access.

Our plans for deployment of a COVID-19 vaccine build on the tried-and-tested rollout
plans for influenza vaccine, which we deploy every autumn.
